Located at Cyprus Point on The Lower Lake of Sardis near Batesville, MS. The 1/2 mile swim has a sandy beach entrance and exit. The bike course is an out and back 18 mile course that takes you through flat farm land with a hill at the turn-a-round. The 4 mile run course starts with a flat first mile on pavement and then the next 2 miles are on a hilly trail and the last mile is flat pavement.
