MTWTri is a user friendly 500m pool swim, 10 mi bike, and 3mi run. Swimmers have their own lane until finished. Flat fast bike course with short gravel sections, packed dirt, and paved city trails. A scenic run circling Centennial Park and the Great Northern Town Center. A supportive and encouraging event open to all ages, sizes, color, and abilities.
